This page explains how the Otrian website handles contact messages and optional analytics. Everything here works without analytics.

Who we are

Otrian runs this website to explain our work and to hear from people with real workflow problems. Questions about privacy or a message you sent: info@otrian.com.

What we collect

• Contact messages: your name, email, optional organization, and the problem description you write.
• Optional analytics: basic page-view information through Google Analytics, only if you choose “Allow analytics.”
• Routine technical data: what any website needs to load pages and reduce spam—for example, when a bot check is turned on.

Contact messages

When you use the form, your message is checked for basic validity and sent to us by email. We do not keep a separate submissions database on this site. We use your email only to reply.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email delivery uses SMTP2GO. Those companies process the technical side of hosting and sending mail. We keep correspondence in our mailbox only as long as we need it to respond and run the business.

Analytics

Analytics is optional. If you choose “No thanks,” or if you never choose, we do not load Google Analytics on this site. If you allow it, we use it only to understand which pages people visit—not for advertising, and not to send your contact-form details to Google.

Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it anytime with Privacy settings in the footer. Saying no later stops further analytics and clears Google Analytics cookies this site can remove.

When analytics is on, we keep related measurement data for about two months.
